This trial allows you to confidently walk down the aisle, knowing your hair will be flawless and exactly as you envisioned.
Cancellation Policy
"Booking policies and price may change based on the selected services. Please contact us for more information when booking multi-service appointments.". 1. Appointments 1.1 Booking: Appointments can be booked online or by phone. A confirmation text/ email will be sent once the booking is complete. 1.2 Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in a cancellation fee of half price of the service booked. 1.3 Late Arrivals: If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to accommodate the full service requested. We will do our best to offer an alternative service or reschedule, but with no guarantee. 2. Services 2.1 Service Descriptions: Detailed descriptions of our services are available on our website. We will make reasonable efforts and offer you to come back within 7 days after your hair service to address your concerns.
